Student Died in School Bus accident at Nahan Himachal

In a School Bus accident 33 student injured and a girl student died.  A six-year old Sanjna was died and 33 students of a private school were injured on Tuesday when a bus driven by the school principal rolled down a 130-feet gorge in Himachal Pradesh’s Sirmaur district, police said. The accident occurred near Banethi, 20 km away from the Nahan town.

The dead student girl was identified as Sanjana. In this accident two student injured badly and both of  students were referred to the PGI Chandigarh, a police official told, the other injured student were admitted to the zonal hospital in Nahan. School principal Raj Kumar was arrested, and police started investigation under section 304-A, 279. No of School bus is HP-71-4833.

Swine flu Havoc, the third death in Himachal

HP is becoming deadly swine flu. Swine flu take the life of a 66-year-old patient, third in the state, of Jaundhuta in Bilaspur, who was brought to the Indira Gandhi Medical College (IGMC) and Hospital here. Two women of Sanjauli and Bharari, respectively, became the first two patients from the Shimla who acquired the H1N1 virus.

The 66-year-old patient (male) from Jaundhuta was brought here in a critical condition and was on ventilator and died around midnight, he added. Earlier, two patients who died due to the disease hailed from Solan and Kangra.

Snow Fall in Himachal Manali, Narkanda turn white

Lahaul and Spiti, Rohtang, Kunzam Pass, Manali and other higher hills had another spell of  heavy white snowfall while lower hills had widespread heavy rain.

Kadrala and Narkanda in Shimla district received 12 cm of snow while Kalpa and Keylong recorded 11 cm and 9 cm of snow. Rohtang and Kunzam passes, Chitkul, Sangla, Kinner Kailash and upper areas of Manali received 15 cm to 25 cm of snow.

The snowfall disturbed normal life in upper areas of Kullu, Chamba, Kinnaur and Shimla districts and link roads were closed at many places in the higher hills due to heavy snow fall meanwhile the lower and mid hills received widespread intermittent rain for the past 24 hours. By the snow fall in Himachal temperature goes down and higher hills having high alert for the snow fall.

Renewal of registration for all unemployed himachali

10 million unemployed member are registered at employment centers in Himachal Pradesh.  Now the state government want to know the real unemployed people in Himachal so every unemployed will have to renewal of registration in the next financial year.

If the renewal of registration shall not done by the person, then his name will be removed from the list of unemployed. 10 million persons the state employment centers are currently  registered unemployed. But in reality, the state does not have a record of the exact number of unemployed.
