Mandi: The Mandi police are still groping in the dark about the whereabouts of Vijay Kumar, a retired manager of Punjab National Bank, who was abducted in broad day light on Thursday from the town currently equipped with CCTV cameras.
A little breakthrough was been made on Friday when the police came to know his location from the observation of the mobile phone of Vinay Kumar. No further progress could be made as his telephone was later found switched off. Read full story
