Dalai Lama leaves on two-week US tours

Shimla: Tibetan spiritual leader the Dalai Lama left Dharamsala on Sunday to visit the United States to deliver teachings and hold public talks for the Tibetan cause.

According to official spokesperson of the Tibetan spiritual leader, His Holiness will flew from New Delhi to Bloomington on Monday and from Wednesday May 12-13 would give teachings on Heart Sutra (Sherab Nyingpo) at Indiana University auditorium.
Following this, on May 14, he would give a public talk on ‘Facing Challenges with Compassion & Wisdom’ organized by The Tibetan & Mongolian Buddhist Cultural Center, Interfaith Hunger Initiative and Indiana Buddhist Center.Read Full Story
