Earthquake felt in Kangra valley

Dharamsala: The Kangra valley of Himachal Pradesh experienced tremors measuring 2.8 on the Richter scale on Monday. According to Dr RS Negi, incharge, Wadia Seismological Centre at Nadi, shocks were experienced by people in Kangra town at 3:20 pm, and they lasted for four seconds, The epicentre of the quake was somewhere in North West Himalayas.
