Shimla: Led by Chief Justice Joseph Kurian, all judges of the Himachal Pradesh High Court today made public their assets and liabilities by posting all details including that of their spouses and immediate dependents on the courts website.
The decision to declare assets was taken unanimously in August, 2009 with acting chief justice RB Mishra presiding over the meeting.
“Assets and liabilities of all 11 Judges has been posted on the official court website (http://hphighcourt.nic.in/assetshphc.html) for scrutiny. This would be updated in every financial year,” said a court spokesman.Read Full Story
