Shimla: Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Prem Kumar Dhumal on Tuesday opened up another front against the Union government, alleging discriminating in settlement of the state’s share in properties and assets under the Punjab Reorganization Act (PRA). Dhumal claimed that while the Supreme Court had ordered the Centre for summoning a meeting with related states to sort out the matter within a period of three months, the latter filed a ‘false’ affidavit before the court stating that final decision had taken place to settle state’s claim.Read Full Story
