Bycott of panchayat elections if no appointments

Hamirpur Despite the guarantee to employ the ETT trained teachers of state by the cabinet no appointments have been given ,so they have decided to boycott the panchayat elections.Almost two thousand unemployed trained teachers in the state.Unemployed ETT teachers blame that lot of money is being spent on name of primary education.. Despite the state government four years of State has refused to appoint ETT teachers.
