Lightening takes life of shepherd and his flock

Shimla: A shepherd and his flock were killed while two others were injured due to lightening in a forest near Bagakanda village of Lehach Panchayat, 45 km from Chamba town, this afternoon. The shepherd, identified as Mahajan Singh (22), grazing his flock of about 35 sheep and goats in the jungle, were killed by lightening, while two other shepherds got injured who were rushed to a hospital by another colleague lucky to have escape unhurt.Read Full Story
