Shimla: Bharatiya Janata Party president Nitin Gadkari today come down heavily on the UPA government, alleging that it has failed to secure national interests due to a week foreign policy, and also to control the skyrocketing inflation.
Addressing a massive gathering enshrined as ‘Nyaya Rally’ held at Ambedkar Choke here, Gadkari lodged a scathing attack on the UPA government, accusing it of failing to protect the borders, claiming that ‘‘encroachments were being made under its rule by China at 147 places’’. The BJP leader also alleged that the government has failed to provide two square meals to 41 crore people living below poverty line at a time when surplus food grains are rotting in FCI godowns.Read Full Story
